End to End Handing of Finacle application production issues with work ranging from incident analysis, Code fix, SIT Testing, UAT Test planning (Scope, duration), UAT support for user, Source promotion to production.Application automation and improvements ranging from performance and operational improvements, identification and remediation of system and process Toils.Working in a stretch role to take forward production issues from analysis to production fix/deploymentFollow Production Support Processes and giving input to strengthen time to timeProviding status to leads, stakeholders and working with vendors to review the design/fix/enabling for production deploymentOwn communication for Incidents (SLA breaches, Application Major Incidents, Logistics issue) and responsible for communications with managementCoordinate recurring issues and ensure long-term resolution through proper Incident and Problem ManagementWorking with various teams like Infrastructure, development team to resolve, analysis of root cause for complex issues and outagesStrong stakeholder management skills with main focus on continuous service improvement, consistent delivery and stability of production.Must have Good functional knowledge of FINACLE in Loans (Retail and Corporate), Limits, Collaterals, CASA/ TD, WMS, Payments and interfaces modules.
Primary Skill
sShould be strong in Finacle application having knowledge in any of the module CASA, TD, Loans, Payments, WMSWork closely with business analysts and project managers to provide accurate estimate and delivery timelinesProvide test plan from requirement documentShould be self-driven and able to handle complex projectsBe part of agile delivery team , mentoring the agile team, provide functional inputs.Provide testing support (SIT and UAT) including defect analysis and retestProvide status report by highlighting the testing status and risks/issuesResponsible for automating the requirements.Should have hands on experience in creating Automation frameworks Selenium, BDD, Cucumber.Should have experience in writing automation scripts for UI and API.
